I traded in my Apple Watch S0 to them with a quote for $50. It was working just fine before I traded it in. Unpaired it, wiped it and sent it off. Today I get a revised quote for $0 because they said it doesn't power on or off. Now I don't know what the heck happened but I'm at a loss for words because I know for a fact it powered on and off before I sent it in. I'm not getting any help from them because they said their technicians inspect it carefully. Apple themselves can't do much since Brightstar is a third party company. I have the option to reject the quote and have it sent back, and it's going to really make me mad if I do that and it powers on just fine for me. Has anyone had any issues like this at all?
