Currently, it looks like this. (Link)

Prior to November 2022, it looked like this. When a major feature is the same between all models, such as Siri, it uses this style. (Link)

It seems like another bit of evidence towards the 15 having USB-C at least on some models, despite it being a year before compliance is mandatory in the EU.

Aside from that being a comparison page for the iPhone 14 models (which will never have USB-C, so why would this page ever list it now or in the future?), I'm not sure I would read into that, as there are tons of other features on that comparison page you linked that are also listed in each phone's column. For example:

Plus, it wouldn't make much sense for them to change anything on the website before it's official (and it wouldn't be changed for the wrong models).

It’s probably more to do with website layout having a typable area for each product and each feature and less to do with changing the ports.
For example on iPad, it used to list Apple Pencil gen 2 across models, now it lists it twice, once for each model.

When comparing a 14 vs a 15 the 14 having a field for which specific charger it has would be relevant. In the same way they currently sell the 13 and 12.

I know that it lists it like that when there are multiple features under a header, but it still only has one text block for things like Siri and Apple Card.
