you would have to look around. im sure you can get free shipping if you look enough [but keep in mind, go for the one that is the safest; ie. has the most positive reviews,etc. 😀]

usually based on the number of reviews they have. if they have a lot of POSITIVE reviews, then go for that person. but always always double check!!
