Has anyone put the Black front on the Gold casing?

I've seen people swap out faceplates for different colors, in not too great combinations. But a Black and Gold combination would look great. Has anyone done this or seen it?

Needs the gold ring around the home button. Looking at this though, I think the gold and white looks better but then I've always liked the white iPhones so when I replaced my white 4, the white and gold 6+ called to me

I do think it would be a nice option for people who want it though.

Yeah I guess they would, but I don't think it would look horrible.

I think someone is mistaking "rose gold" for "pink".

Think a redder version of the current gold option. Though I would find it odd if they had three variants with the white faceplate and only one with the black.

They could change the white/silver to black/silver.

Black/Silver, Black/Space Gray, White/Gold, White/Rose Gold.

Maybe the Pink people are talking about is a rose gold with white. I think it'd be hard to mistake that. But maybe it's similar to the "iPhone Math" mistranslation. Since they don't need two white and gold phones, they could make one black.

Black and gold were the classic Lotus Formula 1 colours, always looked good.
