Nop, not yet. I wouldn't mind to recieve today thoutgh 😛
My i5 as a estimated shipping for the 14th, it's 12th Jan and there's just no "surprises". Good ones there is. Like, "Hey there, we're sending you your i5 today!"
Must have missed something here....what are the delay rumours?
Honestly don't mean any disrespect here but is this really a "rumour" or some random post someone has made alluding that they think there is a delay on the lines of "There's a 10 day wait for my order, maybe Apple are addressing the technical issues with the iMac". These have a habit of being leapt on by other forum members and become a self perpetuating rumour that is ultimately totally unfounded.
I like a good rumour like the next person but of late the forum seems to regularly feature these totally groundless "rumours" based on nothing but a lone post that does the following equation 2+2=5.
I ordered my iMac 27" i7 on the 6th and estimated shipping on the 20th and estimate delivery on the 28th. It is a 2 week turn around for the 27" so not really a delay. The shipping time varies from place to place.
Order was placed on the 4th or 5th of January by Executive Relations, but when placed I was told it would take 2 weeks plus shipping time - ie: exactly as normal. However, they did say that they would try and push it to the top of the queue, which is what appears to have happened.
I have another i7 replacement pending in my Order Status, placed on the 2nd January, which is ETA 20th January into the UK.
