Has anyone tried to get AT&T unlock your phone under Contract?

Requested an unlock through AT&T's website a few months ago for my 6+. Not even 6 months old yet the request was approved.

how did you get it through? I tried calling them and they said it's a strict policy and turned me down again....

Try contacting the carrier or pay for an imei unlock.
