Here's my problem - been dozing off at places where I shouldn't - like work. I'm thinking about buying the watch to send nag reminders to keep me awake by buzzing the wrist. Anyone have any experience with this - does it work - are there apps out there? If worse comes to worse, I'll just set the timer. Thanks for any help.

You probably don't need a special app for this. You can indeed just set up a countdown timer to go off every 15 minutes or so. Or program a series of alarms to go off every x amount of minutes, so you don't have to restart a timer. I'd say the watch is very effective at startling you with its pretty heavy alarm vibration, so you can even keep it silenced as to not make other people aware of what you're doing.
