Mine is also pending. Last year I was in the same situation and I received it much later than launch day even though I ordered it the minute it was posted. Beware of Bestbuy!!!
Mine says "in progress" and I pre-ordered it the morning they went on sale. I selected to pick it up in store, since I have a BB around the corner from my house and didn't want to deal with a delivery signature. It still says pickup on the release date. I hope I get it on Friday, fingers crossed!
FYI I checked my Best Buy order today and it won't let me make any more changes, which means they're working on my order! I selected pick up, so it's looking good that I can pick up tomorrow! Fingers crossed!
I ordered my Series 4 from Best Buy last November. The website was actually showing pending when the store called me to pick it up. A pleasant surprise
