Widespread problems for people with that combination.

Did Apple acknowledge it?

At a guess this is referring to a question if the 10.7.2 upgrade bricks machines running Filevault2. I have used Filevault2 from the beginning and have had no problems, including with that upgrade, so it is not simply Filevault.

I concur, I have been using Filevault2 on my 2011 MBA and 2007 iMac from a few days after installing Lion 10.7.0 with no problems on either and running 10.7.2 current.

Granted I completely reloaded my Macbook Pro from scratch when 10.7.2 came out, but I have had no issues with FileVault 2 and 10.7.2. In fact, for the tasks I use my Mac for, I haven't had any noticeable speed decrease.
