are we sure it was on that page before? Just curious since it isn't really a new feature that everyone would have if they never downloaded a push-capable app.

I hadn't heard anything about that. I only turned on push to test it. Does this mean push does not work at all now?

The pushes on the AP News app works so good that I turned it off. Who needs to be woken up every morning to news that another bomb exploded in Iran.

I think they're not really advertising it because they found some issues with it...

    Not a surprise.

Yeah...the AP notifications are working great. I just hope developers start providing settings so I can set which notifications I want to receive. Like only local news for the AP app or whatever.

AP is really strange. It wont like update, it just constantly says updating. I get push notifications sporadically and often times there are no articles associated with them. I wish I could choose what notifications i would want and such.

Turn off the sound in your settings. That's what I did. :)
