My wife is still rocking a paid-for iPhone 6 Plus, and wants to get an upgrade. I know last year, when I bought my X, I added $33 to my ATT bill a month for a $1000 phone. The price on the XS is also $1k, but monthly payments on Apple’s website, for example, are higher. Has ATT published monthly ATT NEXT pricing for the new models? What is it?

Thanks.

Apple's site should show the options for ATT as well. I think it may be on the next screen (at least in the app). Once you choose your capacity, it then, I think, ask how you'd like to pay which gives you Apple's installments, ATT's and then buy outright.

Or, you can simply take the cost of the phone and divide by 24 and that should get you within a few cents of what ATT will charge you per month.

Actually, I forgot ATT NEXT does 30-month financing. Here’s the answer from an ATT rep, in case any others are looking.

was the 30 month available last year? i'm assuming apple will show the 30 months because they only show 24 as of now.

Same thing I was thinking. I went into Apple’s site yesterday to price it out monthly but it did not show or offer the 30 month plan, only the 24 month one.

AT&T pricing is simple. It's cost divided by term. $999 divided by 24 months is $41.625. divided by 30 months is $33.30

Apple adds AC+ to the pricing which complicates it.

Just chatted with an Apple genius and she also couldn’t get the 30 month or 12 month NEXT plan up on her end. She thinks that it may be added later today or most probably during pre-order time.

It was available for the X last year--I have it (AT&T).

Good to know. I wonder why it doesn't show up right now. It isn't even there if you go to phones available right now. Unless you have to get further into check out?
