7 72930 Retired Apr 5, 2008 #2 Hardware has come at multiple WWDC events, and as iPhone development will just be truly kicking off, its as good a time as any to release a 3G phone. Note that Walt Mossberg just said that there will be a 3G iPhone in 60 days.

Z Zwhaler macrumors 604 Apr 5, 2008 #3 Well, in 2006 the Mac Pro and new XServes were released (Im not sure if the XServes were relaeased or only announced that day). But yeah I wouldn't be surprised if we saw an iPhone release this year at or around WWDC (June).
