Has mouse acceleration improved over SL?

Can anyone comment on Lion's mouse acceleration?

Specifically:
Is it better than Snow Leopard's?
Can it it be altered by the user?
Are there any work-arounds if the answer to the previous questions are "NO"?

In my opinion, yes. It definitely seems different.

Its seems a bit better but its still bad.
I would compare it like Steermouse default settings.
At least with my mouse (Logitech Performance MX).
