Hello there
i was ordered iPhone 15 Pro from apple store online to freight forwarder address in USA, Delivered October 2, 2023
and they shipped it back to my country by USPS, I'm still didn't received it, the tracking shows in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) stuck from many days ago, I've contact USPS, ZERO HELP! so i wonder if my package lost or stolen, before some days I've checked the serial No. of the device on checkcoverage.apple.com , and i saw "Activate Your Device We’re unable to display coverage details because your device hasn’t been registered. Please contact your Apple product retailer or your wireless carrier to register this device."
now checked again i saw Limited Warranty Expires: October 12, 2024
is that mean my device already active and using by someone else?! any advice
thanks all

Oh boy... yes, it looks like stolen.

I guess you can get it locked via Apple Support because you have the invoice, but not much else you can do... Even getting it locked, if Apple delivered it to the address you gave them (the freight forwarder) and it was stolen after, you're out of luck cos Apple requested proof of signature from the receiver.

I'd never send expensive stuff via a freight forwarder (I did it tho from Japan, but lets say that there chances that something gets stolen are significantly lower than in the US or the EU)

Yep that's what i did, I've contacted Apple Support they didn't even confirm it stolen, About the coverage they said "That is a default details for all devices that was purchased with Apple but it doesn't mean that someone is using your device."

Actually I'm not sure about what they said if the device active or not, but anyway they are already processing a refund and this is something i didn't asked for it or expected .. This is Apple ❤️
