Great, yes, but about as likely as the Tooth Fairy stopping in as well.

toothfish, toothman, and toothpaste have all been here...it's just a matter of time until the Tooth Fairy shows up.

Think about it, when customers e-mail Steve Jobs' public e-mail address, they did get response, didn't they?

It's worth a shot, considering we all know that the e-mail address is manned.

As for the Tooth Fairy, I'm sure you've tried e-mailing her your invoices for overdue payments of your teeth. :D

I am Steve Jobs. Tomorrow, we will see what we call the iHolo. It's form factor is similar is similar to that of the Mac mini, but it has a built in holographic projector which projects the 3D interface into thin air. Starting at just $19,095 USD.

Nah, seriously, I really think they have other places to find out what the costumers want. They might have some Apple employee browsing the forums lightly, to see if anyone comes up with a good idea or two...:D

I thought I was Steve Jobs for a while, and got all excited, but then I realised I'm just mad. :(

Whereas I actually am Steve Jobs, but I'm not going to tell anybody. :)

EDIT: B*GGER!

I think it would be cool to send an eMail.

Steve Jobs seems like a down to earth guy. I mean, look at the videos of him saying stuff at keynotes like "And there's a load of stuff about business that doesn't make any sense.", he seems to be the kind of person I would imagine lurking on MR somewhere...

Maybe they share a username.

Let's see. Maybe Jobs, Steve + Steve Wozniak.

Jobs/Steve/Wozniak.

JSW.

or something like that.

They might even mention it because they figure no one would take the idea seriously.

Hmm, never thought about that- I guess that you could be Steve Jobs jsw. :D :)

Why doesn't someone e-mail him and ask him?:D

I remember watching a Macworld keynote (either 2000 SF or 2003 SF) and his email address was steve@mac.com.

Doesn't he also have another one, like sjobs@apple.com?

By the way, why does nobody have an avatar?

It's a temporary measure to reduce server load during high-traffic times, like today's WWDC keynote.

I think you are slightly underestimating Steve Jobs and the amazing ability to level yourself with your audience, anyway...

...Imagine Steve at the WWDC today says "..and with iWork 07 is iForum, a way for you to view and post to your favourite forum right out of the box from your desktop, let me just show you how easy it is with my favourite forum, MacRumors, which is far better than Apple Support forums..."

Easy to find out, Find the only person not to post today during the Stevenote then we will know who the real Steve Jobs is.:p
