I'm sitting at my computer, and I see an email come through, nothing major just a generic email. Well a second later my watch buzzes and I'm ooh what's this and look at my watch only see its the same email

Yeah, the mac needs proximity detection so it doesn't notify you twice. And sometimes it's the other way around!

about a week ago my watch suddenly unlock before I actually entered my whole code...thats what Im calling weird (never happened before or after... I was like WHAT?)

That happens to me sometimes when I put it on in the morning. I assume it has something to do with my heartbeat, but I could be wrong.
