After sitting in Incheon for 2+ days, it went backwards to Hong Kong. Says it departed Hong Kong at 9:17pm. I'm assuming right now it is enroute to Anchorage on UPS63 which left at 9:06pm - That's the only flight that makes sense, even though it departed 11 minutes before the scan. Guess I'll find out in another 7 hours or so!

Delivery estimate went from 11/10 to 11/14, which sucks since I'm out of town on business all of next week! Oh well, guess I'll survive somehow with my 7 plus for another week :)

ATT 256GB SG Full Pay
Conformation 2:29AM CST 11/17 to 11/24 Group
Temp CC 7/27 and no movement since that time.
----------------------------

Change in status: Prepared for shipment with CC charged 11.9 @ 8:14AM

Wow that’s crazy! Happy for you! I hope I can get mine before the end of the week I’ve been stuck in clearance since yesterday morning.

I've noticed that the status doesn't always show instantaneously when it comes to clearing - I'd put money on you getting it at the end of this week. It literally flew across the country in the span of hours. Good luck man!

Most likely a stupid idea, but I will just throw it out there and see what people think:

I honestly think that the people in this thread, as one, should draft an email and send it off to Tim Cook and company. Whoever wants to add their name to it can, and if you do not want to, you do not have to. I would honestly love to see how Tim Cook and Apple would respond to an email with say a few hundred signatures or more (I do not know how many people are part of this thread) because they can give us individually the "sorry 101" gig, however, I think they might respond a little differently to a very direct, stern letter letting them know how bad of an experience this has been since pre-order night, until now, and for some of us unfortunately well into the future. When people who ordered well after us, or originally had December ship dates but received their iPhone X's before us, to the hold on a CC for days with no movement, and all the other problems. I would just be curious how they would react to something like that.

Shall I begin drafting one? I don't know how much good it would do, but it is certainly an interesting idea. I had no intentions of this thread becoming as huge as it did, but I guess it makes sense that all of us were affected by the same problems.

Wow, great job UPS. As I was reviewing some responses on here I get a second notification that my 'delivery date has changed' and it is now displaying a 11/14 delivery. This is, of course, after I get a notification on my phone that it will be delivered tomorrow by 3pm. :/

If you would like to take that one one, be my guest. I think Apple needs to know how badly they messed this pre-order up. We get as many people to add their names to it, and send it to Timmy & Co. You never know what it could do, it cannot hurt us, right? I would emphasize all the failures on pre-order night, and how people with December dates got their phones already, people who ordered their phones after us got them already, etc...

Try to get it off tonight, so they can read it and possibly get something done for most of us by next week. That is my take on it, if anyone else has any ideas please chime in!

Mine was supposed to be delivered today in NY and I got a notification shortly ago there was a UPS processing error and they're going to reschedule delivery. No confirmation on when that reschedule will be. However, Apple's site still says my phone will be delivered on 11/13.

I have troubles with UPS almost every year.

My partner ordered on 10/27 (first time joining IUP) and he just got charged for his today.

Me, too... My departure scan was 9:17PM also, and my estimated delivery also went from 11/10 to 11/14. Unlike you, I don't leave own until the 17th, so should still be OK.... Guess a pallet of phones must have not fit onto UPS99 and ended up on the Hong Kong flight, sigh.

Went from 11/14 to this? Seems like this has happened to a few people so far. Can anyone help me understand?

Exactly the same situation for me. Hopefully our phones get to continental US soon!

Wow. I just moved to "Preparing to Ship" but the hold on my account still has not gone to an "official" charge. I did not even get a text message alert from Apple, like I am supposed to when anything with my order changes. Weird, but I will take it.

However, I am still putting my name on that letter if it is written because this damn process has been utterly ridiculous, frustrating, and embarrassing for Apple. Never pre-ordering from Apple again.

Order #: W593...

My package is in ZhengZhou and just went to clearing agency for the second time. UPS' scheduled delivery changed from 11/15 to Unknown.

Also interesting, mine says "Signature Not Required"

Looks like ours are in the same batch. The tracking seems pretty weird—the times are out of order and it appears to have left and reentered China.

Usually when a package is awaiting customs clearance, you wont see scheduled delivery date until it clears. Hopefully this will move quickly as my tracking is identical to this right now

I do not get the whole "no signature required" deal. I mean, in the past you ALWAYS had to sign for an iPhone or basically anything from Apple, and also other certain things that are quite expensive.
