I was really hoping for early next week delivery, but looks like we may be waiting longer.
Phone is currently on a plane to Houston right now. Still says delivery by the end of the day. Won’t hold my breath. Plane is 4 hours late.

And the wait never ends... I opted for picking up at the UPS CC and the truck now is taking its time to go from the airport to the costumer center 
Next year, I'll be purchasing from the store, if I don't switch back to Android. It sucks to have to wake up in the middle of the night to pre-order (live on the East Coast), when I could have walked in at 8am and bought the phone on launch day and went to work afterwards. For some reason, I was caught up in the hype that there would be less phones and lines of people during launch, so I didn't want to deal with it.
Literally 7 minutes after my last post I get an email from UPS My Choice saying my delivery date is 11/16/17...so four days earlier than what Apple is saying. I'll take it.
I guess it depends on where you live. In my area would be a nightmare to get one without getting in line for some time. The only phone available when I looked online that day available at the store was de 64gb and I got the 256gb. Some areas I heard that got plenty of phones, though.

Hoping I end up in the same spot then.Literally 7 minutes after my last post I get an email from UPS My Choice saying my delivery date is 11/16/17...so four days earlier than what Apple is saying. I'll take it.
My phone has been stuck in Korea for a few days. I was hoping that there might have been a missed scan and it would show up as "Out for Delivery" today, but no such luck. Hopefully it sticks to the Monday delivery date and isn't delayed. I really wanted to be able to play with it all weekend....
Never used the UPS app, does that mean I should also expect it 11/16, even though there isn’t a delivery date set yet?
Mine both showed tentative like that but did show up on those days.
The only time that UPS will deliver a pre-ordered iPhone on a Saturday is when they miss their Friday delivery estimate. (Apple isn't paying for the service that delivers on Saturday) - but UPS has to hit its estimates.
Same thing happened to me last year, I got upgraded to Saturday delivery and it came on Saturday, EARLY. You will get it tomorrow for sure. Congrats!
I have always got delivery on the date UPS shows vs. Apple. It appears we are in the same batch, so we should be on the same plane out of China, here is hoping it all goes well and stays on time or gets here a little earlier!

Seems like customs in China is taking about 36 hours on average.
Looks like it is on UPS Flight 5X49 to Anchorage.
Was hoping mine would be on that flight as well, but still sitting in Incheon.
Same thing happened to me last year, I got upgraded to Saturday delivery and it came on Saturday, EARLY. You will get it tomorrow for sure. Congrats!
Interesting, seeing as my delivery date was actually scheduled for Monday, but I guess it’s better since my screen protector arrives Saturday. And it’s still one day earlier than UPS’ scheduled date. I just hope it arrives at the CC before 1 pm since the CC closes at 1.
