I called Apple, but they were not helpful. They said that the shipment could still be stuck in customs and if they don’t leave China by 11/17, they will not meet the 11/17-11/24 delivery window.
I’m still hoping for a delivery on 11/16 or 11/17.

I am in CT also but no movement on my phone. It arrived in Louisville at 1:31 A.M... can I ask, what path did your phone take to get into CT?
I'm in Texas as well and my phone got a departure scan today after sitting in China since sunday. My date got pushed from the 17th to the 20th....
Mine was 48 hours between the "package in transit" message and actually leaving ZhengZhou.
I just want it before thanksgiving since i'll be out of town. if rescheduled anytime around Thanksgiving I'll have to call UPS and have them hold the package there until I can pick it up after the holidays (no sig required)
Never had a delivery date until today. It says Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Tuesday, 11/14/2017 but now updated with a delay. It's headed to the San Francisco Bay Area. I guess that means they intend to deliver it tomorrow? From Kentucky?
Oh well its nice to actually see some movement after sitting on Korea for 5 days. Still not worried until Nov 24th date slips

I think a lot of us have the same thoughts and hence the anxiety about the delay.
Huh, I finally made it to Korea this morning after several days in China too, but now am doubting we're really on the same pallet because I have yet to see a departure from Korea. Would you mind copying over your activity thus far so I can see if our timestamps match? Would be a huge relief if I was out of Asia finally too!

I can relate. Mine went from stuck in Incheon for 4 days to my doorstep in about 24 hours. Impressive for UPS to make up that amount of time.

But my whole delivery is a mess now. I scheduled to hold for pickup about 3 weeks ago and UPS just now placed the order to hold it..........after they loaded my shipment onto a delivery truck. And they are holding it at a center 1 hour away from the requested UPS facility.
Let this be a warning to everyone. DO NOT HOLD FOR PICKUP.

Aaaaaah, I arrived to Incheon at 7:30 PM too, but somehow do not have a departure scan like the rest of you. I seem to have been left behind...so sad.

I am begining to think that UPS is having capacity issues on the air side of their operation. With phones sitting for days in places like Incheon, Anchorage and Louisville while having multiple flight departures each day, it sounds like their planes are flying very full from a volume standpoint. UPS doesn’t want to have to wharehouse anything that they don’t have to, they would much rather deliver the phones and get them out of their system.
