Looks like it’s a pending charge which means you really aren’t charged. They can’t and won’t actuakky charge until they ship your phone. It’s just a hold against your account to verify you have enough funds to actually pay for the phone. If your phone does not ship in like 7 days or so (depends on the policies of your specific bank) this will disappear and the next time you see it appear is when they’re actually shipping the phone. Happens all the time, there are tens of thousands of similar posts from previous launches.Looks like I might be canceling my Apple order for T-Mobile 256GB SG. I just got charged!

I had app issues and when I finally got through on Apple’s website, AT&T system could not verify. It reserved one. I didn’t like that so I orederd again and it went through at about 2:20am CST

Maybe it was that way for you, but if you looked earlier, I tested that theory with another person who ordered after me and my order number is still higher.I think you might be onto something.

My experience with previous launches was my phone was charged when they had a phone for my account. I’m not the only one being charged. On the T-Mobile thread others are being charged as well.

Been using ZAGGs on all my iPhones and only had to have them replaced for free a few times.
You did get a "fair" chance as far as I can see. I tried getting in at 3am eastern via my Mac and on my iPhone and iPad via the app. All were no-go. I finally got in around 3:08-10 on my Mac. Seems like other's here had similar experience. It wasn't just the app that was slow, the regular site was slow too. I think getting in a 3:01 was just luck of the draw -- there was no universal failure. It was by design to protect the server.
But all the cellcos still had launch inventory at 3:15. I bought mine at Apple then went to TMob. It's the TMob unit that I'll get launch day. Apple unit isn't due for a couple weeks.
A lot of us are. Damn site didn't come up for me until 8.10 in the uk. Only took 30 seconds to order but i ended up with a 13-20 November date
The app wasn't down. I obtained a :05 email confirmation on a T-Mobile SG X 256GB with a 11/10 date that was updated to 11/3 yesterday.
The app was down, if I wasn’t able to login and I keep getting the error, that means the app was down.

Once I get my tracking number with T-Mobile I’m going to cancel.
The app WAS down for some people. It was down for me even 5 minutes past the hour. I was lucky and also had my desktop opened to the store and bought it via the full internet site with Apple.
