Have any 12/14-12/21 shipments been bumped?

I actually canceled my online order because my local store had them in stock (with no line!). So phone is now in-hand.

Same thing. I got mine iPhone X yesterday but my wife had a nov. 17-14 delivery date for hers. I cancelled that today and went to the Apple store app and saw a 256 GB space gray that my wife wanted available at the store. Set an appointment and viola!! We both now have our beautiful iPhone Xs!!

My delivery was originally Dec. 5th-12th. I ordered 2 iPhone Xs, 1 space gray 64gb and 1 silver 64gb. Both on AT&T next and ordered through Apple Store app. Ordered within an hour of preorder launch time due to the app not going live for me at midnight and then problems with Apple connecting with AT&T. My order was eventually bumped up to Dec. 1st-8th delivery time. Seems ridiculous so many ordered after me and have earlier or same delivery times. Guess I'll just wait it out and continue listening to everyone complain about their new phones.

I had the same issue for a 256 gray on ATT. On launch day, I went in the store at OKC and got the phone i wanted and canceled my preorder. They haven't been in stock since here.....I got extremely lucky!
 
Use iStockNow.com to get notifications for when the phones come in stock. The Apple stores in my area, up to 100 miles, have been getting stock of the Verizon variants every day pretty much. I get notified as soon as they come in stock. You can set it up on that site.
 
I ordered mine on Nov 4th (EU, simfree) order was from Dec 7th to 15th and was bumped to Nov25th-Dec 5th, but still being processed, I hope it moves up quick as I’m not able to get one using istocknow for my local Apple store
 
I have a 12/8 - 12/15 window on my second X. This was an improvement by one week from the original window. I have a feeling it’s going to bump again favorably based on all the positive supply reports. I’m prettt confident that at the very least I’ll have it in hand on 12/8.
 
Just got bumped as expected. Original was 12-15 to 12-22, then 12-8 to 12-15, now “shipped” from China with an estimated delivery of 12-5. So I’ll have it this week. Guessing they don’t ship two day or overnight like they do for launch date ordered.
