I like my Ultra and wear it all day. However, I do not want it to record my hrv, or more specifically, write my hrv to Apple Health. Is this possible and how?

Go to the health app, hrv and then data sources, you should be able to delete everything in there, and you can delete existing data too… but, I do not know if there are any side effects of doing so

Thanks. I know i can do that butr then more hrv is written there and I have to delete it again. I was wondering if there ws a way to keep it from being written to health in the firt place.

From the watch app on the phone go to Setting, Privacy and you can turn it off in there.

You can try looking at your HRV data sources in Apple Health and disable those who you don‘t want to write data to it

Update: no you can’t

Can whip up a Shortcut to mass delete the values from Health, and then have the Shortcut be run via Automations at certain times of the day.

Aside from that, closest can get is to stick to the Summary tab in Health and add only the values you are interested in there. Remove the ones you don't want from there as well.
