I just picked up my mini 4 for the first time in a long time and noticed that even with brightness turned down quite a bit, the cooler screen bothers my eyes. I’ve managed to help out with this by reducing the white point in settings. Has anyone else noticed the eyes tiring when going back to a device without True Tone?

With my previous 6s Plus, the display is much brighter and starker compared to when not using True tone. True Tone makes a significant impact for me when reading and has less strain on the eyes, especially in a darker environment.

I think I’m so used to True Tone now. It hurts my eyes with a cool color screen when I’m in warm lighting ambiance. But I wish there’s options to temporarily disable it when in video or picture mode.
