Have not updated to 9.3.1... Should I?

I've been hearing conflicting reports about how 9.3.1 have been treating devices. I've never waited to update - always did on day 1. I hate getting reminded to update lol. Should I?

Unless you're absolutely paranoid about someone grabbing your phone, knowing about the bug that allows you to access contacts and photos from the lock screen, and getting access to your data, update.
