Have service but nothing seems to load?

At a loss, my 17 Pro has been solid but I can’t figure out why I always manage to have a few bars of 5G and barely any download speed. The only fix temporarily is to flick airplane mode on and off. Then after a bit we’re back to barely any speed.

For a while I blamed my carrier(Mint Mobile/Tmobile) but recently I picked up a Pixel 10 and loaded my carrier on. I tried every location my iPhone gave me issues and I was able to get a much better connection.

So it seems the iPhone is the problem but why? I read 5G auto giving people some issues, switched to 5G on so i guess well see if that helps.
