I have to exchange ATV4 because the ethernet jack is loose and moves
when I touch it with my finger. I assume this is not normal because my
previous ATV4 didn't do that.

Once I come home from Best Buy tomorrow with the replacement ATV4,
how can I make reinstalling 90+ previously-installed apps faster and easier?
Do I really have to look up each of the 90+ and install them one after another?
I don't think I can survive that... probably will have to pay the neighbor's
kid $10 and have him sit there and do it for me? :(

Does the App Store on the ATV have a Purchased area, like with OS X App Store, or the Purchased area, with a tab showing all purchases "Not installed", or something similar to that.?
All of your purchases should be listed there.
And, that will give you the opportunity to weed out some (or many) of the apps you downloaded before, that really aren't something you need. The "neighbor's kid" won't care, and will simply reinstall all that crap that you purchased, when there may a few that you no longer want, eh?

It does. But I think the OP is looking for a feature like restore from iCloud backup like iOS devices. tvOS doesn't have iCloud backup... At least not yet.

Our dearest UI design overlords comittee at Apple couldn't persuade their software colleagues to code a backup to iCloud like on any regular iOS device.

Sometimes I really don't understand how Apple works.

Maybe we'll see this feature next year in tvOS 10 introduced in the ATV5

This is one of the biggest issues with the ATV4. Not having the ability to backup the device is ridiculous, and really poor software execution by Apple programmers.

The second we were given access to a multi location app store, and could load apps from around the globe on our devices, having the ability to back the device up became a mandatory requirement.

How on earth Apple couldn't see something so obvious is beyond me.
