I HIGHLY doubt this is true.
This has been debated to death.
I have, dunno about everyone else, but I think someone would of discovered that by now if it was true. Besides, even if it is true, Apple would never release those features for free... they'll be hundred-dollar updates each. Don't forget that little accounting problem (802.11n MacBook functionality).
Apple is avoiding that this time by spreading the revenue for the iPhone out over 24 months, thus allowing them to release updates for free.

if this is true its pretty awesome, but i doubt it.
