have you had a post removed?

Has anyone ever had a seemingly normal post removed without explanation? Or have you ever noticed a bunch of other posts on a thread suddenly disappear?

This happened to me yesterday and I'm at a loss to know why. Do the moderators shape the course of discussions on these boards without our knowledge?

If so, it's very odd...

More than once. They're justified, but sometimes I think its a bit strange. Nothing too odd to cause me to PM a Mod.
