Are you talking about changing the WiFi name and password on your router?

If so it would depend on the router model. List the router model and I could probably find a link to the instructions.

In simple terms… who provides your Wi-Fi? If it’s not a router you own, “you probably can’t” change it.

If it’s a router leased from your ISP and is for your exclusive use (I.e. not a shared-among-apartments Wi-Fi) then the ISP might be able to do it, or give you instructions.

you should be able to access the router settings directly and make your changes there.
most manufacturers will tell you how to do it on their website.
i'm wondering though … why would you want to?
