Having dock on both monitors

I'm using dual monitors and the dock only appears on the main one (the iMac screen). How can I have it appear also on the 2nd monitor?

This is something I too would like to know. also along the same lines. Is it possible to mirror the menu bar on both displays?

I’m pretty sure the only way to do this is to mirror the displays, which kinda defeats the purpose.
