Does anyone know how you can run AND SEE 2 apps at the same time? Is there a way to do it?

What do you mean by run and see? Like see some information from one of the apps quickly while using another or actually use both apps at the same time?

I'm pretty sure he wants the ability to have two apps running and visible at the same time.

Right and from what I've heard only a jailbroken phone can do it.

Correct. Well, you cannot do it on a stock phone. The only way would be to jailbreak and install a tweak allowing this. I do not jailbreak, so I don't know if such a tweak exists. But that would be the only way.

There was a tweak a few years ago (iOS 5 maybe) that allowed you to run apps in windows but I don't think it was kept updated. I'm not jail broken so I don't know what is available today.

Buy a different device (Samsungs can do this) or jailbreak. iOS doesn't have side by side windows. may never

Go to the jailbreak forum you'll find more helpful info than here. I know it's possible but don't know the name of the tweak.

I think if you google "best jailbreak tweaks for ios7" or something like that it should come up in the list

You can't currently, unless you have an iPad 1/2/3 and run on 5.1.1 and not on a later iOS version.
