Having problems doing updates?

Can’t seem to do updates?

It stuck on verifying updates.

I get message saying

Unable to install updates

An Error occurred installing iPadOS 18.4

I tried deleting safari internet cache, turn off wifi and bluetooth than turn it back on, tried shutting the iPad off than turn it back on, tried to make sure it was plunged into power source so it is not running off battery.

I even deleted the downloaded update and re download it again.

Still getting error occurred installing iPadOS 18.4

Are other members here having problems with updates on 18.4

which iPad model? how much free storage/space? Are you using a VPN or proxy?

Try connecting the iPad to a Mac and select the iPad in Finder to download and install the update.

26 GB of 32 GB.

So it is 6 GB of free. If I delete the download of 18.4 I have 11 GB of free.

I’m using no VPN or proxy.

which iPad model?

iPad 7 generation.
