Having trouble accessing a MAC harddrive

I have the harddrive out of my old Macbook. I'm sure it's still good- I took it out when I sold it never thinking I woudl have trouble accessing it from one of my 4 computers at home (1 with 7, 1 with Vista, 1 with Media Center and 1 with Linux). Well. I am. All the computers will recognize that something is there, only the linux one will let me look at it, but no one will let me copy all my old pics and vids off. Anyone have any suggestions in this case? I know obviously the solution is Get a Mac.. But short of that, any help?

I'd guess that this is not the right forum for this question. Nonetheless, try MacDrive.

I didn't really know of a better program, but thanks, this program looks like it might work. Hopefully the free trial will allow me to do this since I only need to do it once.
