Having trouble downloading apps

When I try to download unc0ver or Electra jailbreak it starts and then says “unable to install”

Unc0ver supports 11.3.1 if you are still on that ios. (saw that in one of your previous posts) Download 3.4.2 ipa from here. Delete old JB app icon on your phone. Power off and then on your phone. Use Cydia Impactor to load ipa. Go to settings and trust, then put your phone in airplane mode, then tap on the Unc0ver JB app to JB. After JB appears, turn off airplane mode.
