Having trouble finding purchased videos from Itunes?

I'm having trouble finding about five music videos that are suppose to be in itunes. I haven't done anything to them, the just one day had the exclamation point next to them. I contacted Itunes and its been a back and forth mess, hence why I decided to come here. When I went to search for them on my computer it. The last thing I was told to do was put in my old ipod (which has the videos on them) and select manual manage music videos. I pressed apply, then sync and I thought my videos on the ipod would transfer to the comp but no avail. Prior to this I tried transfer purchases from the ipod and it has not worked. Any ideas.
