Having trouble setting up BT phone

just got a new LG bluetooth phone for Sprint. Model PM-325 However i cannot get it to pair up with my PB. The PB recognizes it and says its paired, but the phone has no indication of the computer, and when i try to browse/manipulate the phone from the PB, it cannot validate it

Any thoughts?
