having trouble with apps.

First after my wife put songs on her iphone, everytime see tryed to open a app it would shut down right away. so we did the upgrades and problem was fixed. then when she put ringtones on it the same problem and I just updated it yesterday. can anyone help?

Try hard restting the phone (hold the home+lock buttons until the phone turns off). Hopefully that will solve the problem.
