Having trouble with default save in transmission

So I reinstalled transmission after I got my computer back from apple (reformat) and I set the default save to Downloads/Torrents.

However every time I click on a torrent to download...I select open with transmission - but the torrent starts downloading directly to my 'Downloads' folder not my 'Torrents' folder? I have to manually fix this each time. What am I doing wrong, I had this working fine last go around.

Are you using a beta "nightly" version of Transmission? I always use those, and haven't had any problem. You should try a beta, and see if you get the same problem.
