Having trouble with phone calls

Yesterday things were working fine. Made calls through the watch. Could hear everything fine. But today I can hear the call come in, answer it but the other person can't hear me. Also the phone is ringing but I thought that was not supposed to happen also. Phone is off. iPad off.

Any thoughts? Didn't think I had changed a setting for it but could be mistaken.

Reset the watch. Hold both buttons for 10s for a restart and try it again.

Already done. Phone also. No luck.
