Z Zyniker macrumors 6502 Jul 23, 2010 #2 Well, you managed to violate two general rules of forum etiquette in one post. Your thread's title is almost entirely useless. Your initial post gives virtually no information as to what your problem/question/concern is. Perhaps there are good reasons you are having trouble (if, indeed, you even are).

SilentPanda Moderator emeritus Jul 23, 2010 #4 As far as I can tell not a single one of your posts you've made has been deleted. Are you referring to the MacRumors forums or somewhere else?

spinnerlys Guest Jul 23, 2010 #5 The following is taken from the thread titled "How to maximise your MacRumors troubleshooting experience" created by mad jew in 2006. Search for threads or guides containing similar problems. MRoogle is quite a good tool to search these forums. Start your thread in the appropriate forum or sub-forum. Here is the forum's main page with the list of all the sub-fora found here. Use a specific thread title. "Need help!!!!???? ASAP!!!" and its variants are not specific. Tell us your problem, and be specific. How long has this been happening? What changes were made just before this started? What have you already tried? Respond to all posted advice with details of what happened. Be wary of the (very) occasional bad advice. Be patient. Be courteous.
