Hello, can someone tell me why this Hazel action will not run?

I want it to move the screenshots to a specified folder when they are 5 minutes old. What's wrong it!

Is the file name "Screen shot" or does it just contain Screen shot? I.e. "Screen shot <date> <time>".

Just contains "screen shot" and then date and time like you said

You'll want the "is" for the Name to be "contains" then

"is" is "equal to" while "contains" is "if this string is inside the filename"
