MP 1,1-5,1 HD 5770 on a Mac Pro 2.1?? Advices

I have an opportunity to have an ATI Radeon HD 5770 (From a Mac Pro 5.1).
I would like to install it on my Mac Pro 2.1 running Lion 10.7.5.
It will work??

Yes, it will work. If it's a unflashed HD5770, you will have no boot screen, but when the system is started, you will get a screen.

Yes, an ATI Radeon HD 5770 pulled from a 5,1 will work fine in a 2,1, with boot screens and the built-in drivers in that version of MacOS.
