HD compatible between Early 2008 (penryn) and Mid 2010 Unibody MBP?

I am considering a new MBP. I have the 15" Early 2008 2.4 GHz. I wanted to get the new MBP with a larger HD, and then switch them..

I think they use the same HD, I just wanted to make sure before I go ahead.

Both are 2.5" SATA, so yes, it'll work
