HD Failed, need to get my music off Iphone 3.0 and onto MacBook

so my hard drive failed, and im starting from scratch, new HD, no music. My entire music collection is on my iphone running 3.0. Does anyone know of a program similar to Senuti that's free and supports software 3.0?
