Hi there,

A friend made a big mistake erasing some files she didn't want to.
She gave me his HD and I used a Data Recovering software.

But I now have issues for mounting the HD. Disk Utility says to repair but it fails.
It says :
** /dev/disk5s1
Can't open (Resource busy)

Someone here know how to fix this ?

PS: I'm French :)

Does it show a partition/volume mounted below the drive band name? If it does, try selecting just the volume then click unmount up in the toolbar. Then go back and select the drive brand name and see if it will then let you repair.

Maybe you missed this. I would appear English is not the writer's first language.
