HD video export setting from iMovie for web questions

So I just picked up a Canon 5D Mark II and playing with HD video for the first time. I have some video's I would like to load up on Vimeo/YouTube/SmugMug etc but Im having issues exporting it and having it look good, and/or the audio be correct. I was hoping someone could give me a rundown of how I should be exporting it once Im done editing in iMovie?

Each site has it's own recommendations. If you are wanting HD then the export size should likely be 1280x720. They probably will work with QuickTime movies with the H.264 codec and ACC audio.
