Quick question. I was thinking of upgrading the hard drive in my MacBook Pro (2.2 SR c2d) and was wondering exactly which type/brand/speed would work best with it.

Any info is appreciated

Yes any speed will work. The max capacity is the max capacity of SATA, so the current max capacity is 500Gb.
