HDMI 2.1 ? On the M4 ? Deal breaker

I haven’t seen any Specs that confirm the base M4 Mac Mini saying HDMI 2.1

Yes, it's HDMI 2.1.
There's no way to HDMI 2.0 or lower able to 8K@60Hz output.
