HDMI adapter and hdtv

Hi all,

I have an ipad 2 and was wondering if I get the hdmi adapter and connect it to my flatscreen, will I be able to play netflix in fullscreen on the tv.?

I watch shows from Crackle in full screen on my flatscreen t.v. with the adapter. Don't have Netflix but can't imagine why it wouldn't do the same.
