We are an accessory maker based out of China, has posted an HDMI adapter for iPhone 4, iPod touch 4, and iPad on the website. This would allow iOS device owners to output 720p video directly to the HDMI signal outputs on their HDTVs,and it just only costs 59$ for retail selling, instead of using the $50 Apple component A/V cables.

This adapter is not HDCP therefore will not play HD iTune movies. There are similar adapter out there for less - gadget4ipad.com. Need to jailbreak and install "Display Out" App and it works beautifully. It display stream video with my Netflix App and more.

High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) is copy protection. In a nutshell both devices must do a digital "handshake" before data can flow, if either device fails to handshake no data will flow.

Way too overpriced for competition, zero retail benefits. Wholesale maybe, if it was around $20-$30 on retail.

Ridiculously overpriced considering that it is also made in China.
